Your event FAQs

What sort of events can we hold?

We are totally flexible. If you tell us what you want,  we will try to accommodate it. We have held lots of different events ranging from Business Awards dinners and conferences to lunches and parties.

Can we look around?

Yes of course. You can contact us on 07792910971 to book an appointment or come to one of our Open Days.

How much does it cost?

It costs from £2,500 depending on your requirement to hire our venue.

How many people do you cater for?

We can cater for 250 seated.

How much does it cost per head?

It costs approximately £43.00 per head for a three course meal or less if you choose a buffet or a BBQ.

Can we bring our own caterers in?

No you have to use our in house caterers, CDC Events.

Can we leave our cars on site?

Yes as it is a private estate so you can leave your cars in the car park overnight and collect them by midday the next day.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Yes you can. For a fee of £200, you can provide your own reception drinks and wine for the wedding breakfast and then have a cash or complementary bar in the evening.

Can we use the house?

No you cannot use the inside of the house but of course you can have your photographs outside it!

Can you accommodate special staging and props?

Yes we usually can. Tell us what you want and we will try to accommodate it.

What sort of lighting do you have?

We have plenty of power points around the marquee to accommodate all your lighting requirements and lots of LED lights around the marquee, on the four poles, over the dance floor and overhead.
